3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Shipping
Delivery times may vary. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Torq Racing is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect address issues. Customers must ensure their address is accurate before ordering.

5. Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only offered if the item arrives broken or defective. Customers must provide photo or video evidence within 7 days of delivery to qualify.
Items not damaged or defective are not eligible for refunds or returns.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback is a violation of these terms. Torq Racing may submit evidence to payment processors and take further action if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, product descriptions, and content on our site are the property of Torq Racing. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without permission.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is only used to process your order and provide customer support. We do not sell customer data.

9. Limitation of Liability
