At Torq Racing, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds only if the item arrives damaged or defective. To qualify, you must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

– Items that are not broken, damaged, or defective are not eligible for a refund.
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the claim is approved.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
